In these 30-55 minute sessions we will see what progress you have made and adjust our plan as needed. I will teach you about nutrition topics, make or update meal plans, and/or discuss nutrition challenges.
This session will be 50-60 minutes during which we will discuss nutrition related history, current eating and nutrition related behaviors, and any topics or concerns you have. We will also collaborate to set goals and design a plan that will work for you.
Joyful Movement – Group
This group takes place in Milwaukee, WI on Wednesday nights at 6:15pm. For 60 minutes, we will focus on mind-body connection in an environment that celebrates bodies in diverse shapes, sizes, and abilities. The listed price includes 4 sessions starts on the first Wednesday of every month. Max group size is 12 people.
Joyful Movement – Individual
In this 30-60 minute session, we will discuss thoughts and beliefs about exercise and get moving in a way that supports your mind and body! This session will be online or in person.
